What is the difference between Remy and non-Remy hair?

Remy hair has all cuticles aligned root to tip — giving it natural movement, shine, and longevity. Non-Remy hair has misaligned cuticles, causing tangling and matting. At LÜKS we only carry premium Remy. No exceptions.

How many bundles do I need?

For a full sew-in with closure: 2–3 bundles for 16"–22" and 3–4 bundles for 24"+. For a frontal install, add 1 additional bundle. Not sure? Book a free consultation and we'll recommend the right amount for your goals.

How long will my extensions last?

With proper care — sulfate-free products, protective styling at night, and minimal heat — LÜKS premium Remy lasts 12–36 months with proper care. Washing every 1–2 weeks and deep conditioning regularly keeps bundles looking fresh longer.

What are the 28" and 30" preorder lengths?

Our longest lengths are available for preorder only at launch. Full payment is collected at checkout and ships within 2 weeks. Cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund. Quantities are strictly limited.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused bundles within 14 days of delivery. Hair that has been washed, colored, cut, unwrapped, or installed cannot be returned. Contact us within 48 hours for damaged or incorrect orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate. Expedited and overnight options available at checkout. International shipping available to select countries.

Can I color or bleach LÜKS hair?

Yes — because it's 100% premium human Remy, it can be colored, toned, and bleached like natural hair. We always recommend a strand test first and suggest working with a professional colorist. Note that coloring voids return eligibility.

How do I care for my extensions?

Wash with sulfate-free shampoo every 1–2 weeks. Deep condition after every wash. Detangle gently from ends to roots. Wrap or braid under a silk bonnet at night. Minimize heat and always use a heat protectant when styling.
